We are your partner for:
special mechanical engineering, building tools, dies, devices and assembly modules, engineering design, CNC programming techniques and problem solutions.
We have got over 40 CNC processing centers where we produce prototypes, special models, or series products. Additionally, you can choose from a wide range of materials. With the help of modern CAD/CAM software, we are able to create 3D forged surfaces and the appropriate programs to manufacture the products.
We utilize the CNC processing centers to produce milled pieces up to x: 3500 mm, y: 1000 mm and z: 750 mm as well as profiles up to 8 m lenght.

In the area of milling we employ state-of-the-art high-speed machines with 5 axes. For unattended production we use suitable machines with multiple pallet changers.

We turn pieces up to 680 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in length using double spindle machines with C-axis and driven tools.

Additional manufacturing methods which are used in our production include honing, lapping, broaching, eroding, glass finishing, flat grinding and numerical control engraving.

Our entire production line is fully air-conditioned.

All components produced in-house are subjected to our own quality assurance inspection.
